Terms of purchase
The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases of products made by a customer via ArtBy Sara Ericson, www.artbysaraericson.com. By approving and completing a purchase in the web shop, you also accept these Purchase Terms.
ArtBy Sara Ericson reserves the right to change the terms of purchase at any time, without notifying you in advance. The version of the terms of purchase that you accept when ordering applies to your purchase.
Purchases via artbysaraericson.com are covered by the Consumer Purchase Act (1990: 932) and the Act (2005: 59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises.

Generally
All prices in the web shop are stated including VAT. Shipping costs will be added depending on which shipping option is chosen at checkout. In the shopping cart and at checkout, the total price including VAT is shown after any discounts have been deducted.
ArtBy Sara Ericson reserves the right to make changes to prices and product range from time to time. The current price and range is always what appears at the time of ordering. In the event of a final sale, this will appear at the latest in the order confirmation that is sent to your e-mail after the order has been placed.
Right of withdrawal - according to the Distance Contracts Act
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act.
If you regret your purchase and return a product to us, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 days at the latest. As a customer, you pay for any return shipping yourself, and the regretted product must always be returned in a substantially unchanged condition and in original packaging with associated packaging. The consumer is responsible for the risk of return shipping; this risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping.
Warranty and right of complaint - according to the Consumer Purchase Act
We sell all products with a 1-year warranty and a 3-year right of complaint in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. All guarantees apply in Sweden.
The product warranty only covers original defects, ie defects that were in the product upon delivery. The product warranty does not apply to defects that occur during or after your own change of the product's function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.
If there is a defect in a product you have purchased, you may, according to the Consumer Purchase Act, have the right to demand free repair, re-delivery of a new defect-free product or to cancel the purchase and get money back. Read more here: The Swedish Consumer Agency on complaints
Your order confirmation or receipt is valid as proof of warranty. Keep the document well as the document is required if you need to exercise the warranty.
Please note that for companies, there are other rules for warranty and complaint rights. When purchasing, companies only receive the warranty right given by the supplier, where the warranty period can vary between different suppliers. Companies also do not have a right of complaint in addition to their warranty right from the supplier. Delivery terms
When you shop with us, VAT is always included. We deliver all products and accessories with a shipping cost unless otherwise agreed. Remember that you as a customer must always be able to show identification when handing over / delivering the products.
Delivery confirmation
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail with delivery confirmation in connection with the product / products leaving our warehouse.
Transport damage
Should a transport damage occur, we ask you to report the damage to our customer service by e-mail or telephone. We follow the Consumer Agency's guidelines and the report must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has noticed or should have noticed the defect. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully. For companies, notification of transport damage must have been received within seven days.
In order for the matter to be handled in the fastest possible way, we ask you to keep the product's packaging so that this can be inspected. Depending on the extent of the damage, re-delivery, remediation or price deduction is made.
Pick up yourself in the studio
If you do not have the opportunity to be at home and fit the freight forwarders' delivery times, you can choose Pick up yourself as the delivery method at checkout. Then you pick up your products yourself by appointment by contacting info@artbysaraericson.com
Sales to minors
We do not sell products to minors (under the age of 18) without parental permission.
We handle your personal information according to PUL
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address and social security number. At the same time, you agree that we save and use your personal information so that we can fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. We also document certain communication that we have with you by phone or e-mail, in order to provide you with the best service and follow up on your cases.
According to the Personal Data Act (PUL) & GDPR, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that it be corrected or deleted. In that case, contact our customer service.
We will never disclose your personal information to third parties.

Paypal provides payment solutions, from payment buttons to complete e-store integrations with card payment, internet banking and invoicing. Paypal is a registered payment institution.

All content on art, including all intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights, belongs to artbysaraericson.com. Content may include, but is not limited to, text, image, graphics, video, audio, or other formats or media. All use of content on www.artbysaraericson.com including copying or storage of such content or parts thereof, other than for your personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the written consent of Sara Ericson
Other
Swedish law is applied to purchases from www.artbysaraericson.com
We reserve the right to make any deficiencies or errors in information about products, nuance differences due to different screen settings, images, prices, stock balances or technical errors and we reserve the right to change or correct when it comes to our knowledge.
